        Description：
        

        A, product introduction:
        AX46F series Pilot type safety valve Suitable for high pressure, high flow, high pressure and compact installation site application position. Pilot type safety valve is mainly used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and city gas, pressure equipment, container or piping on the ideal overpressure protection device.
        Second, measurement principle:
        AX46F series Pilot type safety valve Is a safety valve from the main valve and pilot valve composed of a novel structure, guide the switch valve response system of medium pressure self action to control the main valve. When the normal work of the system, the pilot type safety valve in the closed state, the system pressure through the dome chamber inlet pressure tube, the pilot valve and the gas chamber pressure pipe to the main valve at the top, resulting in a downward force on the net the main valve, the main valve is in the closed state.When the system pressure reaches the set pressure, the pilot valve open and closed shuttle pilot valve inlet passage, the main valve chamber pressure through the pilot valve discharge pressure relief system, because the pressure is higher than the back seat pressure, shuttle closed inlet channel, so as to partition the fluid flow in the pilot valve, main valve and gas chamber a decrease in pressure, the main valve valve fully open, fluid through the main valve discharge pressure. When the system pressure drops to a certain value, the spring guide valve overcomes the valve inlet pressure acting on the shuttle on the guiding force, valve seat, the top open shuttle, dome air chamber and finally makes the re entering the main valve off the main valve fluid.

        Four, structural characteristics:
